Becoming a Human Diffuser with Cynthia J. Oliveira

Natalia sits down with Cynthia J. Oliveira, educational director for Wisdom of the Earth, to talk about what it means to live in daily communion with the plant kingdom. Cynthia anoints herself every morning with frankincense or cedarwood, not as a beauty ritual but as an act of protection, and she finds it hard to imagine moving through a world this intense without the plants beside her.

A master aromatherapist whose knowledge runs through a lineage of Caribbean curanderas, Cynthia is the creator of Inner Landscape Work and author of The Book of Anointing. Part masterclass, part transmission, this conversation is an invitation to stop being affected by the world and start infusing it instead.

What you'll learn in this episode:

If this stirred something in you, share it with a woman who needs it. Cynthia is available for anointing ceremonies, oil consultations and teachings through Wisdom of the Earth.

[00:00:00] Speaker A: I have to credit our dear Claire Gerber with this blessed connection that brings Cynthia Oliveira into our midst today. Cynthia is none other than the educational director for Wisdom of the Earth, which I count as the most treasured procurer of essential oils, hands down on the planet. Yes, Cynthia is a master aromatherapist, but her affinity for the plant kingdom goes way beyond that. Cynthia has authored a life, not to mention two books around her lifetime of union with this rarefied area of mastery. The Plant Kingdom and its essences and Divas. Cynthia's lineage of knowledge is built upon a generation of mother curanderos from the Caribbean that stretches all the way back in time to the high kingdoms of Africa and the Mediterranean. This lineage brought her into deeper remembrance of the plant kingdom and her connection with it, allowing the plant consciousness to speak to her. She humbly learned to listen to the voice of light and love that exists in all things. Cynthia created a process called Inner Landscape Work which is a movement meditation process for self empowerment through the body with the help of the plant divas. Additionally, Cynthia authored the book of a Divine Rebellious act of Love which details her path as a sacred anointer and developed process. Her developed processes of anointing with the oils for people to go within and find the divine light that lives there. Cynthia also co authored Voices of Light, Voices of Love, Messages from the Plants and Trees with Audrey Gutierrez and her ex husband Barry Capped. Cynthia collaborates with many wonderful teachers creating empowering retreats in the US and abroad. She is available for anointing ceremonies, essential oil consultations and teachings, retreats and spiritual counseling. Cynthia Oliveira, thank you so much for being with us. I am so thrilled to have you here and I can guarantee with absolute certainty that you will not find an audience who will appreciate you and all you have to share with us more than this one. We are not only daily constant users of essential oils, but we are deeply connected with the life force and primed to know more about the way this life force operates in the plant kingdom. So welcome. [00:02:26] Speaker B: Thank you. What a beautiful introduction. I'm happy to be here. So great. [00:02:32] Speaker A: Well, you know, you said something in our previous conversation that I think maybe we can start with. Which is it? You find it hard to believe that people live without the plant essences. So maybe we start there and just how they. The spectrum of which we need them. [00:02:51] Speaker B: Well, so you know, my daily practice is to anoint myself in the morning with something like frankincense or cedarwood, a Himalayan cedarwood, or any anything that I absolutely love. But it Creates an aura of protection to start, just to start your day, like to breathe in something from the sweet earth. And especially if you live in the city or you live somewhere that doesn't have a lot of earth or you're in a more. A different environment that doesn't have enough nature around you, it's a way to start with the relationship between you and the cosmic kingdom. And it creates this aura not only as you inhale it, it goes into the brain, but it moves out into the field so that it starts to give you some energy and some light to then bring into the body, which then allows you to come into balance with yourself right as you start your day, which opens up a portal, a doorway for your own miracles, for your own ability to be more present in the world. So that's why. And you know, and you also. You smell so good. One of my mantras is I smell so good. I love myself so right there, you know, people like you become a human diffuser as you move through life, you know, where you really. Because, you know, not everything smells good and people don't always smell good. And you know, it's. It's a way of having a superpower that like precedes you and then leaves. Leaves a signature everywhere you are. You know, there's some kind of signature that gets lodged from the frequency of the plants and trees. [00:04:28] Speaker A: Oh, that's beautiful. The human diffuser. I absolutely love that. So making it through these times, using essential oils for all the various things that come up in that have, you know, been issues throughout, for mankind for eons. But then more specifically now, whilst things are really intensifying, do you want to walk us through some of the things that you recommend for protection? How we can anoint ourselves and, and how we can be more present in, in our integrity and strength and clarity in these times of relative mayhem. [00:05:03] Speaker B: And we are in them. We are in the dime of the predict, in the time of the predictions. We are truly in this time. And it's. I find it very exciting to be alive right now and witnessing without getting involved in, but witnessing, you know, what's happening where the patriarchy is falling and the divine feminine is rising and you know, where women are standing. But it's really important not to get involved with your emotional body. And here is the mastery that we all have to get to. We have to get to the place of balance within us. Regardless of what side you're on, regardless of what's happening. Where is that midpoint? Where is the, the zero point inside of us that allows us to hear, feel, see with clarity, with presence, without getting pulled in any direction. Because we certainly do get pulled. So I love using, like, rose. Something as simple as. And, you know, you want to make sure that you have a pure rose. You don't want anything that has anything else in it but pure rose, because that's going to balance all the chakras, and that's just going to bring you back into balance with that divine mother energy, because it's quite beautiful. It's enlightening. It's enlivening as well. So. But anything you have, you could do a spruce. I love white spruce because it opens God consciousness. But again, right when you're anointing the top of your head, it balances all of your system, but you're also grounded. It roots you. If you need something to be, say you're having, like, a very chaotic day. Something like a root, a root that goes down into the earth, a root that just settles you. You can put. And you can anoint your feet something like a vetiver ginger spikenard. Right. That you could, you know, if you don't want to smell in your workplace, you might just take it and sniff it in. Right. Just that much. Just an inhalation, taking those moments of pause, of sacred pause, of. I call it the pleasure pause, where you just take a moment, you breathe in and you think about or you feel something that brings you some kind of pleasure, whether it's a walk on the beach or a sunset or, you know, embraced by a loved one. But just inhaling that and remembering that will bring you back into balance. And what are the tricks you have? I think your audience as well, like you guys, what. What is your trick for finding some kind of balance? [00:07:32] Speaker A: Well, using the breath and using, of [00:07:35] Speaker B: course, but then also you're inhaling. [00:07:37] Speaker A: Exactly. So that makes sense. Tell me, what is actually happening on a mystical level when we're using the oils? Because, you know, the way it's. It sounds like, you know, from the. The Steiner school, for example, of thought. There's. There are things that are happening that are very, let's say, fantastical. Could you share a bit of that? [00:08:03] Speaker B: So I love working with the plant kingdom, with the fairy kingdom, with the elementals. So say we've just. We've passed solstice. We're coming to Lugasa. That's the end of this week. Right. Where we're in between summer and fall. Right. But during the solstice time, for instance, in the. In the womb of the Mother Earth, in the Womb of the mother are these beautiful beings, right? There are our, our David kingdom, fairies and sylphs and all of those types of beings that rise up from the, from the ground up to the sun, right? And they go up into the sun, right? And their frequency goes out into the earth. So things like that. A flower is popping the elemental go, right? Whoa. They, they, they put that energy of that deep mother and the sun right into the atmosphere, into the earth, and it, it shines everywhere. We have these beautiful flowers and they're popping their. Their good vibration, their frequency, and into the air, which is an element as well, right? And we breathe it in. We breathe in the plants, we see them, we feel them, we're enlivened by them. And they go up into the sun. And then during the winter solstice, right? And Michael Moss and all of those ceremonies, they come back down into the earth, right? And they, they travel back and they cocoon back into the earth. And then they surround themselves again once more with the mother, depending on which side of the earth you're on, right? So it would be the reverse if I was, say, in Australia, but here in America and abroad, we. That's where we're celebrating. So this kingdom allows an energy of force to be brought forth for all of mankind. I mean, it is their gift that they give to us. And as we put on the oils, if we could imagine, like if I'm putting on a cardamom, if I see the cardamom seed, if I see that seed and I'm putting it on within me, I'm relating to that, the essence of that plant, right? I am relating to it. I'm acknowledging it. I'm also inviting it into my body. So it's a way of being in communion with. Yeah, truth. You know, somebody sneeze when you're talking. We always had truth anyway, so there is. So it is that energy of the, the devas, of the elementals that help inform us and ground us to what we are. Because we're also the elements. We're also the David. I mean, we're all of it, right? So, you know, it's like acknowledging it and allowing it to come forth and be part of our lives as well, which then gives us more information and more groundedness about ourselves because we're always being witnessed, loved and supported by the earth. [00:11:09] Speaker A: So I've heard that psilocybin mushrooms go out into the. Into the, into space basically, and travel back. Is it a similar idea the way the divas go out into the different. [00:11:21] Speaker B: Because you're not having a sort of psychedelic experience. You're having a more grounded experience. You may be elevated in your emotional body and come to balance, but it's more of coming. They don't do that same elevation or that same. You can. You can with them, meditate and find those. Those states of being, but it's not like taking a mushroom. So. So. Or, you know, what's the other one? Ayahuasca. That's a whole different kind of medicine. [00:11:47] Speaker A: No, but I guess what I mean is the idea that the mushrooms are of value and carry all this information because they've traveled beyond and they've brought that knowledge back. So traveling beyond, they then collect knowledge from beyond. [00:12:02] Speaker B: Well, and they also. I don't know if they. So my thought about that is, yeah, I think that's part of it. But I also think that they've come from those other places in the universe, right? They've been gifted to us by our extraterrestrial brothers and sisters to help us awaken. So they were brought here, and they've been here for all these plans, have been here for thousands and thousands of years, right? So they've gotten witness. So imagine, you know, a tree that's been alive for 3, 400 years, right? The wisdom, the sun, the moon, the starlight, the galactic light, right? The information from that universe, and then it gets grounded into the Earth. All of that information then gets brought back up. So they are sort of sentinels that allow that energy. [00:12:48] Speaker A: Would you. So if, if the divas are coming from the. The Divine Mother Consciousness. [00:12:53] Speaker B: Are. [00:12:54] Speaker A: Is. Am I getting that right? They're coming through Divine Mother Consciousness, and so they're. They're imbuing us. They're sharing with us that essence that, that we're getting. We're getting that whether to the degree to which we receive it, we're capable of receiving it. I suppose it's another story. But. But that's their gift, correct? [00:13:11] Speaker B: Correct. [00:13:12] Speaker A: That is. [00:13:13] Speaker B: I mean, what a gift. What a gift. [00:13:17] Speaker A: And, and how do the elements and the SIFs. I never understood the SIFs do. What is all that about? [00:13:25] Speaker B: Well, the Sils are really like. They're the wind beings that sort of. You know, sometimes when there's a lot of chemtrail, and then all of a sudden you'll see these, like, little wispy stuff in the air that sort of dissipate. I don't know if you. You can see that where you are. Certainly here in Arizona, we have big sky, and we can see when the pattern changes and there's something more etheric going on. So they're more of like the wind spirits, right? They're going to come, they're going to move energy and. And you want a relationship with air, you know, because air is all around us. We're always breathing it in. It's alive. I know if you ever squint your eyes and go outside, sometimes you can see all the energies that go on in the air. I was once doing some work with Stephen Greer doing ET work out in California. No, we're in Colorado. And I remember going into almost as sleep paralysis, you know, like a very deep sleep paralysis. And I woke up as whirling energies, right. And I remember thinking, how am I going to get back in my body, right. I was just geometries, like floating all around. And you know, you get scared. So in order not to be scared, to deep breath came back into myself. But it was an experience of being geometric, being elemental, not being like fully physical enough, fully present. I mean, obviously there was some part of me present in my body, but there I was staring at myself. So in another form. So we. There's so much magic and there's so much out there that we just have not tapped into and using and being with elements and that the kingdom allows more magic in your life, you know, because they help. They are sort of magic. [00:15:14] Speaker A: So tell, tell us about how we should be anointing ourselves with the oils. Like, because there is a distinct process. There's a right way and a wrong way. I understand too. [00:15:24] Speaker B: I don't think there's right or wrong. Like if you're just putting them on, that's fine. But if you want, say you. You're in your morning, you're in your morning intention, your afternoon intention, whatever. Your practice is like being intentional. So I'm going to put here, I have an essence here. What's this one? This is a rev and Sarah. So when I'm going to start, I'm going to first breathe it in, Allow the breath to go into the brain, to move into the auric field, right? To set my moment, making my intention. And it might be that today I stay open to all possibilities or that I become more present in my life, or that I. Whatever, whatever that is for you at this moment. Then I would anoint my head or my heart. I put drops here, I might put drops in my third eye, my throat fluff my aura, right? And then just like send the energy, send the vibration. And this could be done within a few minutes. You can do it several times. A day. You could do it throughout your day. Say you've been out at work all day and it's been a little chaotic and you want to come home more balanced to your family. I would put the oils on and it's like, take a moment before you enter so that you could be fully present for your family or for your husband or for your wife or, you know, whatever the next situation is. But instead of coming in with that chaotic energy, you come in with a more balanced self. And what they do is they bring you into homeostasis, they bring you into balance, right? So you're always, as you're taking in that sweet earth, that sweet plant, whatever it is that you're attracted to, and then you make an intention to be present, to be fully in your body, right here in this moment. Then it happens, you know, because they're very good at manifesting what it is that you want to desire or would you. What you want to create. [00:17:22] Speaker A: And I suppose they. They also have, given the fact they have an intelligence of their own. They're doing things that we wouldn't even think to ask them because they know it needs to get done. So, Right. [00:17:34] Speaker B: We can't know, you know, it's the thing that we cannot know. All that they do, you know, when they're looking at the chemotypes and they're looking at all the sciences, looking at, you know, what's the ingredients inside of them, There's a whole bunch that they don't even know about. So when you're working with Earth and you're working with magic and you're working with God, right? Because it's God in a bottle. When you're working with the Earth plane, you know, you. You can't know, right? It's part of that mystery. It's part of, you know, we know some, but we can't know all. We could only know ourselves, right? [00:18:06] Speaker A: So, yes, that's. That's so true. It just gets me going to the next thing, which is then if they're processed in a way that is not, say, ideal, how compromised do they become? Say, if you're, I mean, obviously, Wisdom of the Earth, it's my favorite company. It's where I try and get all my oils. But if. If someone is getting oils from a company where they're not taking the same kind of care in the production, how does that affect the oils? [00:18:40] Speaker B: Well, you know, I just say wherever you're at, whatever oils you buy, that's a great starting place, whether you buy it, because our oils are really pure. That's what. That is our specialty. We are really, a lot of people, blender oils do all that. We are single, pure, and we. When they come in from wherever they're coming from in the world, we put, we put them in a copper ring because we say they're excited and we want them to come back and come back to balance with themselves before we pour them. So when someone is doing a blend, remember, as we teach, when you're using a carrier oil, you're going to diffuse the properties. So say. People say, oh, always use a carrier oil. Well, that was because in England they didn't want to compete with the doctors, so they started using the carrier oils that would just diffuse some of the properties of the essential oils. If you get something in your eye or you. You put in the wrong place and it's burning, you would use a carrier oil to diffuse whatever the pain is. Right. So when you're putting essential oils and then you're putting a carrier oil with it, you're diffusing the properties. So they're not going to be as strong and they're not going to work as much. They also call for two drops, three drops. It really depends what the intention is. If I'm working with a. If I'm working with a disease, a dis ease that needs to be addressed. I want that medicine pure on my body. I don't want to. I don't want to have a carrier oil on me, but I have to know how to use it. I have to know what's hot, what's cold, and that's what we give the education for, like how to use them, how to use them for your medicine, where to put them, how many drops to put on. But if you're trying to alleviate a headache and put two drops on, it's not going to help. You want to have a good five or six drops to alleviate a headache. And things like basil and lavender and peppermint are really good for headache. Right. So you want to put three or four drops wherever your headache is. When I have it in a carrier oil, I may need more. It may not help with the same effectiveness. Right. So. And even with a blend, you know, blends are good for a little while, but then again, it's like making a salad a week in advance and everything sort of gets mushy. So that's why. And it's not that I don't like at the time, and I might make a, a blend for my mouth, maybe a week's worth, and then use that as my, you know, my mouthwash. But I'm not making big batches and I'm using whatever I'm using at the time of need. So I don't know if I answered your question, but it's why we use single pure. Because if I have, say I have a lavender now, I know a lavender can do many things, right? It can be a anti inflammatory, it can be anti. I mean, so many things lavender does, right? It's calming, it's. But if I have lavender with something else and something else and something else lavender, it's not as in pure form. It'll work with the combination. But the lavender does so much on its own. The earth has developed something that is so powerful and we as human like to muck with it. [00:21:47] Speaker A: But. [00:21:49] Speaker B: But the lavender will do many things. And so I haven't named it Cynthia's Holistic Beauty Beauty Cream or something, right? I haven't given it a label. If I give it a label like super hormonal blend, super hormones, it's going to do what I ask it to do. It's going to say this, and that's what it's going to do. Now I have a lavender on the other side. I have so many things I can do with the lavender. I could use it for cramps, I could use it for my headache. And it's not named, it's only named what it is. Remember, when we add a name to. To something, it becomes that thing. So that's why we use single purists. Because if I have several in my bag, I can throw a bunch of them on and they're working at the time of need, right? I need it now. Now it's working. Now it's in me. Does that make sense? [00:22:43] Speaker A: Yes, absolutely. And tell me, is there a shelf life for the oils? [00:22:47] Speaker B: Not if they're pure. [00:22:49] Speaker A: Okay. [00:22:50] Speaker B: Yeah. What goes rancid is the carrier oil. [00:22:54] Speaker A: Yeah, that makes sense. Same, same. Like, if you like, for example, I have my peppermint oil and I'll have it. I'll have several. I have them everywhere. But if I put one in my car and it's Florida, it gets hot. And I've just left in my car for the afternoon and I come back and it's, you know, it's been seeing my car. Is it like, does it. [00:23:14] Speaker B: Well, it just depends. Sometimes they do go off if the weather's extreme. [00:23:18] Speaker A: That's why we, we have them in [00:23:19] Speaker B: a brown bottle, you know, because the colors are amazing. If you, if you saw the colors of the oils, absolutely incredible. But you have to keep them, you know, you don't want to keep them in a hot car, you know, but, you know, I think for an afternoon, it's not a big deal. [00:23:35] Speaker A: Okay. Okay. [00:23:36] Speaker B: Sometimes I keep stuff on my car, of course, you know, they pick up [00:23:40] Speaker A: like a radiation from the energy of the car if you're driving it or if they're by. Like, if I have. [00:23:45] Speaker B: They're bigger than that. Like, they're bigger than that. Like, people always say, oh, you know, because I always know when I go traveling, they're always in my bag and they always go through the, you know, when they're tested, the radiation from the airport, they're fine. [00:23:56] Speaker A: Right. [00:23:56] Speaker B: They're stronger than that. [00:23:57] Speaker A: Because if I have, you know, I have a few in my purse and I'll have my cell phone in my purse. Are they being irradiated by my cell phone? So I'm so glad to hear you say that. [00:24:07] Speaker B: They're not. They're strong. [00:24:10] Speaker A: That's. That's good. [00:24:10] Speaker B: And anything they're going to combat your. The radiation itself on the phone, you know, more than the phone is going to affect them. [00:24:20] Speaker A: Yeah, I would. I would think that that'd be one of the strongest neutralizers of radiation. Right. Sorry. [00:24:31] Speaker B: Especially if you have them on you. I mean, they're really good for combating any of that EMF and all the. Those frequencies that they're throwing at us. That's why they're so powerful. Like, I know sometimes you go out and you really could feel the energies in a place, and you're just like, oh, my God, where's my oil? And all of a sudden, you'll. It'll clear the energy of a room again. Diffuser, you know, and it brings you to balance. [00:24:55] Speaker A: Right? [00:24:55] Speaker B: Because what we want to do is not be affected by the world. That's our goal. Right. You could do all this stuff, but you cannot affect me because I'm in my, you know, my holy place. I'm in my God self. I'm in my sovereignty. And when you're fully in your sovereignty, things cannot affect you. And what helps you are the. These little plant beings who will help you stay in your sovereignty. They'll say to you, by the way, come back. You've just gone to it somewhere over here. Well, we're gonna bring you back. Right? [00:25:25] Speaker A: Such an act of love. [00:25:27] Speaker B: It's. Oh, yeah. [00:25:29] Speaker A: So there's a few different things I want to bring up. I'm not sure what to do first. I know that you mentioned when we spoke that there's the different plant parts, what they do, like, for example, what the seeds do versus maybe what the bark or leaves or other aspects do. If that's the case, I'd love you to speak to that. And then also when it comes to, for example, feminine things, I've always tended to use flowers like, you know, to. To. [00:25:57] Speaker B: To. [00:25:58] Speaker A: To manage whether it's female hormones or things that might need to be used internally in the female glands and systems. Do. Do you have any. Anything to expand on in that category with that? Is that a correct assumption or intuition? Anything you want to expand on in either of those areas? [00:26:19] Speaker B: Okay, let me address the last one, the hormonal thing first. You know, I'm past menopause, so. And that. But I definitely used a lot of oils when I was going through the menopausal process, you know, which was so enlightening. And, you know, it's going through that. The veil. When you're in menopause, it's a. It's like the mist of Avalon, you know, you have to get through the mist to get to the other side. And usually during that time, women need to take time for themselves, which we in this culture don't necessarily do, because you're moving in from being, you know, the cutest tool in the shed to not being noticed. You know, there's this. There's this way that we shift and change. That is. It's an interesting process. You know, being on this side now, having gone through, you know, all the different phases. But hormonally, sage, Clary, geranium, not necessarily flowers, but there are plants that do help balance the hormones. Right. If you're really going through the menopause heat, you know, just peppermint in the back of your neck on a. Perhaps a cloth, cool the body down. So young gals getting their moon, you know, hopefully your audience is doing rituals for it. It's like anchoring it. I mean, it doesn't. Rituals do not have to be big. They do not have to entail a lot. They just have to retail an intention, you know, like, I'm going through this and I'm acknowledging it, and I thank you. Right. And this deep gratitude for these, for and for women's issues, you know, and internal dryness and all that. If you're on that other side, you know, there's lots of. Lots of things that we can do. Primarily acknowledging and loving yourself is number one, right? Being so in love with yourself, loving your soul, loving with you, and not being so mean to yourself, very, very, very, very important. Right. To, you know, to unhook yourself from the crap and the. That's out there about women, about how we should be, how we, you know, the whole thing that's first and just really a system of like, I love you ten times every morning is really helpful, right? And just allowing yourself to fall in love with the God within the divinity that. Especially as we're going through that the different changes in our bodies really help. And I just did a ritual for a young girl who was just entering her moon, and we gave her, like, a moonstone, and we gave her journals and things to play with, and we just said, listen, when you feel cramped, you know, crampy and crabby, and you want to be like, give yourself permission not to be around people, Go to your room, stay quiet, like you need to. That these internal processes is. As women, we need to go internal and not be so external, right? To find that silence within, to hear the voice that's speaking to us, because then it'll start to dissipate all the things that are going on. So that's just, you know, the sort of the overview for hormonal. There's a lot of reasons for the hormonal imbalances and for women's issues, but when we start acknowledging it, loving them, knowing that they're part of our process, it really shifts the journey through that portal, because it is a portal and it is a ritual. And everything's a ritual. Everything is a ceremony. Like your whole life's a ceremony. Your whole life's. Your. Your home's a temple, everything. You know, it's like how we live, who we are. I mean, it's. [00:29:56] Speaker A: It. [00:29:57] Speaker B: Is that what we surround ourselves with, who our friends are? That's really all very, very important in our development and expansions as humans. That's a whole other thing. I love playing parts. They're one of my favorite things. So seeds say things. You like seeds. So the. The. When I don't have anything here, I did a whole presentation about this, about acknowledging that we are like the plants, that we are plants. So when you have seeds, what do seeds do that we're talking about? Dill seed, cardamom seed, coriander seeds. You know, all the seeds. Seeds are about fertility, about creation, about planting a seed. Like using a seed oil would say, what am I planting right now? And a good time to plant a seed is during the winter. Like, really in the solstice time in the winter, where you're really going inside and you're planting. You're sort of like Looking. We're coming to the lugan. We're coming to the end part of the year where you sort of like, harvest and think about, wow, what did I create this year? What am I? What. What are the fruits of my labor? Right? That's where we are now with the fruits. The fruits of our labor, right? So what are the fruits? They're the grapefruit, the oranges, the lime, lemon, all of those fruits. Could you imagine these trees just like, they pop out these fruits. I mean, really, how incredible, right? Just so beautiful. And so that's where we are now. This is the time to be using the fruits, the citruses, because we're in the citrus time, unless you're on the other side of the world. But so you have your seed, your root. What are you rooting? Roots. Ginger root, vetiver, spikenard. Those are all roots. Roots take you down into the earth. They connect with all the things inside the earth. So say you want to do a meditation. You really want to go down into the. The deep mother. I would use the roots. I'd also maybe use the trees because they also have roots, right? So they're going to help you to go down, down and root and like from the seed, start to root that energy that you wanted to create, whatever that manifestation was, right? You wanted to spread out, you wanted to root. You want it to be a strong foundation, right? So then your little, you know, your little saplings start to come up right. In that part of time, right? And it creates little butlets and. And that's a whole nother. That's sort of like the bushes. And we have a lot of bushes, like lavenders, of bush sisters, rosemary and basil, like all of those, right? So those are different. Those are like, to start sprouting out what you want to create. You've got your trees, you have your bark. I love the barks. I love, like the. The heartwoods of the trees because they protect the heart. They're giving you boundaries, right? If you want. If you're creating boundaries in your life, you want to use things like guaiaco and rosewood, you know, sandalwood, like these really deep w. This part of the tree, right, that is really protective of the soul, the heart, you as a being, this avatar that you live within, right? It's going to help protect that. And then as you go up into the trees, right? Into the leaves and the branches where things. The breathing apparatus, right? You need more breath. You're doing yoga. You might use the eucalyptuses, the raven sarahs, the. The. The pines, the Spruces, the. The leaves and the branches, right. Of all the trees, even the pedigrees, which I love so much because that's the leaves and the branches of the citrus trees, right? You're breathing, you're opening. So that whole breath just allows you to just open and expand, right? And then you've got your flowers and you also have your resins, right? The resins of frankincense, the Apollo Santo, the. Just. There's so many. But myrrh, right? So those are like droplets of pure light. So imagine that you got. What am I thinking of? You've got myrrh, frankincense, galbanum, the. All of these are good for the big sea, right? All of that. That are like filling our beings with more light. Because these plants subsist on light, right? Sunlight, moonlight, starlight, they don't get a lot of water. What are they eating? They're eating light. So that when you put them on you, your light quotient gets bigger and bigger and bigger and you're able to shine and get a larger, energetic field around you. Because you want your field big, you want things to bounce off you. You don't want to be infused by the world, you want to infuse the world, right? It's a whole opposite thing. Like, hey, I have just arrived. You need to move out of the way. Right? That's how you really, really. So your frequency or vibration needs to be bigger. And I love the resins for that. [00:34:44] Speaker A: What is a resin exactly? I thought a resin is like a SAP, kind of. [00:34:48] Speaker B: It is a SAP that hardens. [00:34:49] Speaker A: Okay? Right. [00:34:50] Speaker B: So they cut the trees, like, they either leave the trees like maple syrup, right. [00:34:55] Speaker A: But so it's its own substance, it's its own being, even though it's part of the tree. Okay, that was what I'm trying to put together there. Okay. [00:35:04] Speaker B: Yeah. So then that little. Then they wait till it hardens and they collect it all and then they send it to be distilled. And they distilled that SAP, the hardened SAP. It's quite beautiful. Yeah. And that's pure light, right? So then now you're putting that on your body. Just imagine that that frequency starts to not only infuse and imbue you with that light, but it's also now moving out beyond you. So again, so that you can be in that middle space, right? You're not on either side. You're in your center, you're in your consciousness, you're in your God self, your divine self. You can bring your soul into Your body. [00:35:41] Speaker A: Right. [00:35:41] Speaker B: For the purpose of being present here, not leaving somewhere. [00:35:47] Speaker A: That's beautifully put. Thank you. If you have an affinity or an aversion to any particular substance, like for example, I'll just say I don't like palo santo. I find it so like disturbing to inhale it, but I know a lot of people love it. Or if you have a huge affinity for something, does it, does it mean. Because I've heard it said that if you don't like something, sometimes it's because you need it. [00:36:10] Speaker B: That's an old wives tale. Let me tell you something. I work with 280 oils. Some of them I don't like and I don't use because I don't like them. Do I need them? Probably. Do I want to use them? No. So I'm not one that likes to suffer. So I'm not gonna make myself smell something I don't like. But I will say that as I, as I've gotten, my nose has gotten wisened. I can tolerate and I actually like what I didn't like before. So it does shift. Perhaps I've shifted, perhaps my nose has shifted. I can't really pinpoint what shifts. But there is a way where you start to like it. So say you would get some palo santo. Instead of breathing it in, you put in the bottom of your feet, you know, and get the benefit of the oil, but without having it in your nose. But if you don't like it, don't use it. I mean, it's really that easy. Don't. We can't, you know, there's enough in the world that we don't like. We don't want to put. We want to like love ourselves. I don't like, you know, but there's something like. I'm not a big valerian fan. I don't recommend it, I don't use it. I know people who do. But it's not. If you would come to me as a, as your therapist. It's not one I would recommend unless I thought you really needed it, you know. But it's not one I use or so I wouldn't. I don't recommend what I don't love. But. And the thing about the oils is they'll start screaming in my head, right? So I'll be talking to someone. I'll hear, you know, Laura Leaf, Laurel and I. I'll have to write it down because it's screaming at me. I mean, it's, it's absolute. They, they speak, right? They. They have a voice and they'll tell you, but it's about opening up so that you can listen. [00:37:47] Speaker A: That's wild. [00:37:48] Speaker B: Yeah, it is really wild. It's wild when you start hearing it and you're thinking, I would have never recommended that. But okay, I'm going to write down what I hear. [00:37:56] Speaker A: Yeah, don't, don't monkey with, with the divas. [00:37:59] Speaker B: Don't monkey with the divas because they disappear. They make things disappear. Your oils, you go like, what happened to that oil? I just had that here. And then, and then I start yelling at them and they'll come back, but I'll be like, okay, enough. You know, when you start working with the plant kingdom and that little fairy kingdom, they're. They're funny. They. They will, they will, they'll mess with you. [00:38:20] Speaker A: And how, how to best connect with them, like to, to open up to, to blossom in such a way that. Because we're obviously not conditioned toward even knowing they exist or even believing that they exist. So how do we, like, take off some of those barriers to, to not only open up to the magic in our living universe, but also to communicate and receive. [00:38:48] Speaker B: You know, it's practice like anything else. You know, we, we, we take angels. People believe in angels, right. And we've not have it. We don't have any evidence other than what we imagine angels to look like with wings. Right. We know that they exist on a realm, but, you know, we don't actually see angels. So it's the same thing with the plant kingdom and with the fairy kingdom that the. I don't know if you've ever been out and taken pictures and you see a little white flash or you see something in the trees, that's what they look like. And if you're out in the woods and you start calling them and they find that you have an attraction, especially if you have oils on. Because they are attracted by the scent of their own medicine. Right. Then they'll come around. So you wear them. You'll. You'll be able to capture little glimpses of them. [00:39:38] Speaker A: I have friends. [00:39:39] Speaker B: You'll see them in crystals. You'll start to see them once you call them forth. So again, it's a practice going out, but you want to be in nature. And people who have beautiful gardens in their home and in there, I'm sure they have some of the, the kingdom within their homes as well. If they have like, you know, their indoor garden or outdoor garden, like, they're helping. So it's about being. You could do things like put a little piece of chocolate outside for them or, you know, start to just to like all things, intend to connect. [00:40:12] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:40:12] Speaker B: That the living earth the sweeter, because the earth is magnificent. That she's given herself to be this experimental place on this plane of existence that we live. It's. It's quite phenomenal in her beautiful medicine and her animals and the rocks and, you know, I live here in Sedona. That's so beautiful. Right? So we've got the beautiful red rocks and the beautiful plants that are here, and the magic that's in the desert that's very profound because people think it's empty, but it's so alive. So earth is alive. And you start. Sometimes when people take our courses, they'll go, oh, my God. All of a sudden I heard this tree talking to me. It's been in my yard for years, and I never heard it, you know, so it's again, an awareness, like, in all things, being present, being aware. Being aware of like, what? And. And you'll start to hear them through the breath, through the intention, through the heart of love. We'll start to, like, acknowledge you. It's one thing for you to acknowledge them, it's another thing for them to acknowledge you. Right. And opens up a frequency and a doorway. Yeah. [00:41:24] Speaker A: I got so much out of my course when I took the course. It was about. I want to say it was maybe over 10 years ago now, but. But it's. It's so essential for. For us. Literally essential. [00:41:37] Speaker B: Right. [00:41:38] Speaker A: It's an education in and of itself to open to grasping the different roles that all these different plants play, not just in their role on the planet, but how we're meant to engage with them, how they're here to support us. And just even understanding the. The go to oils for bronchial and sinus issues versus headaches versus skin issues versus balancing and sleep and circadian rhythms and all these things. It just. It. As someone who grew up in Los Angeles and spent most of my life in New York City, I haven't had a lot of time in nature, even though I have a great affinity for nature. But I never would have learned. I didn't have, you know, someone taking me out to learn how to forage when I was 10 years old or something. I feel, looking back on the course I did with Wisdom of the Earth, as if I had the opportunity to wake up a lot of dormant faculties around nature. And in a. In a concentrated but very rich way, I got a bit of a. I got to wake up to so much that I was missing living on this Beautiful planet. [00:42:57] Speaker B: Yeah. You know, you could create a forest in your. In your tub. If you got a spruce, a pine firm, and you filled up your tub, you know, and put some of those. Sprinkle some oils in with the intention to, you know, create a forest in your bathroom, you could take a bath in that. And you would receive the benefit of these magnificent beings just by inhaling and soaking in the energy of it. So you can bring the forest into your home that way. You know, I too, I was a city girl. I was not. I was raised in Queens, you know, went to nyu, so I was a Manhattan girl and. But born in California, which is interesting, and did not have that attachment either. My family was not a family of Earth. Right. So it was very. It was an interesting sort of development that happened as I grew up and I started connecting. And I have friends who are way more connected into the Earth than I am. You know, they're herbalists, they have gardens. I still, you know, I am definitely an essential oil girl versus going out, get my hands dirty girl. But that's because I'm not from here. But anyway, that's a whole nother story. However, I think there's a way where when I go into the woods and I do the hiking, I am very prayerful and I'm very respectful of entering and exiting. So I enter with a prayer and I exit with a prayer, you know, after Thanksgiving for whatever's going to happen is my walk and whatever information is going to come to me. I was just on the east coast and it was so deliciously. I was in Connecticut and. And I was in the Catskills, and the green was so alive, and I could feel the fairies and I could feel everything that was going on in the. And it just. I just took it in. I just breathed it in. And in that breath and that intake of the plant kingdom, like, in the intake of them, those of you who live in the green, like, really understanding that that energy of the heart is palpable and expansive. Right. So just giving yourself those moments, you know, is really valuable for your expansion into this ascension energy that we're going into or that we're in. We're in such a crazy time right now. [00:45:12] Speaker A: I would love to know your perspective on it. Will you share some of. Of what you feel should be shared? [00:45:19] Speaker B: I just think it's fascinating. We should not be upset by it, but laugh at it. We have to see the humor in this galactic emergence that's happening in our Earth. Right. We have to see it as a play. And all the players are in their right places. We do not have to. You know, I mean, I love what just happened with Kamala and Trump. I just think that's hysterical. Right? It just. It blew up in a way that we could not have imagined. But, wow, that we get to witness that this. This shift that's happening on the planet, and we get to choose where are we going to put our affinities, where are we going to be in our balance. And so for me, personally, I'm just witnessing the show and just sending so much love to it so that the people, all the different players can evolve. Because our job is to be so centered that our love of this planet and ourselves and each other is the thing that leads us forward into the new Earth. We cannot get stuck in the kaka. All that. That chaos that takes us away from ourselves, takes us away from our heart, takes us away from our knowing, takes us away from, you know, allowing our souls in, allowing ourselves to, like, be in communion with each other. Right. That's all the stuff that. That is trying to divert that attention so I can look at it with love and humor. That's interesting. So that's how. And then I, you know, and then I do my. My prayers. I put my oils on my heart and I send love because, you know, I always say I have a little cannon in my heart. And I go. Especially when I go into the airport because I travel a lot. Love balls. Love balls, love balls. You know, I diffuse. I always bless the planes before I go on it. I always, like, make sure that I have a little oil on my hand, like a little blessing on the plane as I'm entering, you know, just diffusing, making sure that I have oils that not. Not a lot, because they want to be respectful. But I might put orange or grapefruit. I'm going to have frankincense on me. So I'm diffusing the airplane and the energies in there because I don't want to be on a plane where people are fighting. Not okay. You know, that kind of thing. So that you make the intention prior to going. You set it. You put the vibration through. You use your allies, all your plan allies, and then you go, right, you set the template. Life follows you. You don't follow life. You become the magician. You become the magic. Your diffuse, your. Your energy, your being leads the world. You don't have to be taken on both sides, but then it takes work on your part to stay balanced. Yeah. Not having a face all the time, just stand. [00:48:11] Speaker A: That is fine. Medicine, Cynthia. That's Cynthia. Medicine, Cynthia. [00:48:15] Speaker B: Medicine. Yeah. You know, and finding the joy, because really it's about that. Like, can you go in and looking at all that, laugh about it, find the joy. We take ourselves so seriously. What for? Like, that's not fun. You know, it's so much more fun to, like, put some oils on, have glass of wine with the girlfriends, you know, laugh. Like, that's the joy of life. That's the verve. Right where we are, we are feeding the planet our joy. That's what we want to do. And the, the allies are going to help you. People have lots of allies. I mean, if there's breath, there's yoga, there's sound healing. I mean, there's so much alive right now, and there's so many fabulous communities. I know personally, I live in an amazing community. There's fabulous people. I really am. You know, I could call up anybody and I'll get help in a second. You know, it's, it's, it's quite profound. Once you start living in that connected way, your life definitely changes. [00:49:17] Speaker A: And beautiful presence, beautiful sense of the sacred. It's the, the sacred and the reverence, but with all the joviality. It's, you know, it's. [00:49:29] Speaker B: And the profane, you know, spirit's a smart in a heartbeat is just funny. You know, you have to be able to laugh. You have to. You know, it's one of those things they say. Like, I, I can't imagine how bored God would be for the same prayers that what we've been doing for thousands of years without a change. Like, oh, dear God. Right? They're like, oh, you're still doing the same prayers. Come on, people. Can you get a little more creative? Like that kind of stuff, you know, And I understand, you know, the, the rituals have to be new. They have to be made up. They have to include fun. Like, we have to make our own way, our own joy to feed each other in the planet, because that's what we're here for, service. And how do you make service fun and not a drudgery? [00:50:16] Speaker A: Yeah. And it just brings light also that the, the. The essences, Plant essences are feeding and they're purifying and I mean, they're doing so much. But, you know, we are very focused on the, on the, the life. Feeding with the life force and purifying the body. So they, they're bringing a spiritual nutrition, a spirited nutrition maybe is a better way of putting it. And, and their purification, you know, it's, it. They're literally Actualizing what needs to happen in terms of the delivery of the life force and the. And purification that has to happen in order for us to be free to be in that life flight. So are so. [00:50:58] Speaker B: And to laugh. I mean, come on, we need to laugh. We like, you know, if anybody has an illness, if they spent a week laughing, they would be. So they would be healed. I mean, yes, there's great, there's nutrition, there's all those things. But the laughter, right, that's the racing of the frequency. You know how good it is when you have got done either a good cry or a good laugh. I mean there's such cleansing and it's so profound [00:51:27] Speaker A: and right. The whole, the whole body is. It's, it's orgasmic, it's ecstasy. I guess what I'm getting at is that the they're they're holding there are different kinds of nourishment and it's a unique nourishment that they bring that is such a concentrated aliveness which is filled with that ecstasy. [00:51:49] Speaker B: I love that concentrated aliveness. That's great. Beautiful way to put it for sure. Yeah. And then you start to laugh. It elevates everybody. So even when I'm like I'm at a party or I'm going somewhere, actually I'm going somewhere tonight, I'll bring oils with me and I just pass them around. People start putting. And the elevation in the, the party just lifts. There's something about them. They just start lifting the frequency. Right. They get people out of the doldrums. It's a place to connect and have conversation. And it's just, you know, some people like it, you know, and I never push any. And I never push like you don't put on to put it on. You know, just pass it, pass it on. Or they'll say to me, what do you have in your bag today? You know, so it's just, it's, it's such a. And I don't want to keep using the word magic but maybe it's mystical. It's a frequency that allows for acceptance. You know, a tree never worries about getting cut down. It gets cut down. It gets cut down. [00:52:54] Speaker A: Do you. Are there certain divas that are more inclined to that kind of free flowing laughter that would break down some of the boundaries. Some of that boundaries. But some of the, the, the, the, the armor that there are. [00:53:13] Speaker B: I love carnation. I love carnival carnation. Makes me very silly. I mean they're always like, you can't wear a carnation at work. I used to teach children for a whole lot of years. So I was a music and movement teacher. So I have, like, first, second, and third verses to all kinds of songs. So I'll just start singing. And everybody's like, oh, my God, she's singing. Stop singing. But. But they just so. Things like carnation. Any of. Of course, the. The holy oils, frankincense. What we say is all the cedar woods. I love the cedar woods, but for the laughter. [00:53:48] Speaker A: What. [00:53:49] Speaker B: What gets me the highest is something like carnation. Let's see. Champaka, maybe love magnolia blossom. A lot of the blossoms. Magnolia blossoms. It's like. And everybody. And what happens also is that you get into deeper conversations because a lot of the walls get dissolved. So now you're putting the oils on and truth comes. I love hyssop for truth puts it. If you ever have. You're working with a client, put 10 drops of hiss up on their belly, boom. You get to truth almost instantly. You don't have to go through all the stuff. All of a sudden, the tears come. Everything comes quickly. So they will allow that armor to be dissolved, I'm sure. So great. [00:54:35] Speaker A: Sometimes people need that little bit of extra help. What. What are you wearing now, Rose? [00:54:40] Speaker B: Because we had a meeting this morning. We had to have a chat, so. But my whole. The whole staff, we all. We were up all day. I think I have frankincense on. I have rosemary, because I was coming on to the call and I really needed to be able to think. So. Rosemary, verbanone or a high camphor. Rosemary really opens and helps the brain. I am. What else do I have on? I have cedarwood. I have orange pedigree. I mean, so, you know, I have a bar out here. You guys should all come to the bar. There's. And you could come and test and smell and put oils on. People come here and they go, I think I'm high. I'm going to. You probably are. And you want some nuts. So we need to ground you before you drive. But it's a happy high. [00:55:20] Speaker A: That's beautiful. I think we all need to come and check out the bar. The bar scene. [00:55:25] Speaker B: Yeah. Come visit your community. [00:55:27] Speaker A: Sounds phenomenal. I think that's going to be the next big thing in the transition of our world community. And you've shared so much with us today. I can't thank you enough, Cynthia. [00:55:41] Speaker B: You know, that was my pleasure, my passion and my fun. You know, I would say to all of you, stop taking yourself so seriously. You know, as an elder now, you know, and being in this work for 20 years and having grown children and all that stuff. No grandchildren, though. My boys are not producing. Oh, well, it's okay. However, but from this perspective, what I've learned and I've garnished through the years is really just go into joy, have fun, enjoy your life as much as possible. Don't suffer it. Suffering is just overrated. And if you can live in the presence and in. And in your soul, all this other stuff will dissolve. Because really, the. The past is pain, the future may be pain, but right now, everybody's fine. So if we can just be more and more in love with ourselves, in love with our world, in love with our community, we'll do great. We'll be able to get through this time, this sacred time of evolution and change that we're in. And it's going to get worse before it gets better. But I do believe that there's enough awakeness and there's enough of us saying, absolutely, we don't want this. We want this. You know, and as we all stand up and as women stand up, because we're standing up big right now, I think it's going to change the world. It's time for us women to have wings. We need to fly. So. And that's my advice. And I always say I'm a. A conscious elder, so. And it's taken a lot of years to get here. A lot of bumps and bruises. So, you know, and when things show up, you just go, oh, you know, Pluto will always kick your butt. Just saying, when you get that Pluto bug kicking, you're just like, okay. And I had to make friends with Pluto because he was in my. My chart for years. I was just like, all right, let's be friends here. So you just breathe into. And you go, okay, what's next? How do I. What is the situation? How do I navigate? Let me pour oils in my head, get my allies, my angels, and do whatever needs to be done. Because we always get through it. Yes, we do. [00:58:02] Speaker A: It's important to remember we do. We do get to the other side of it. [00:58:06] Speaker B: We always do. [00:58:08] Speaker A: Yeah. I also have lots of Pluto in my chart, so I totally understand. Like, yeah. And in that. In that strength to. To maintain that. That joviality, that aliveness, that's the word just keeps coming to me. But, yes, thank you, your elder, for that. And we are so blessed to have. [00:58:30] Speaker B: Anytime, if you have any questions, you know, willing to contact me, if you have an issue, let me know, you know? Yeah, we'd love to hear from you. I'D love to hear from you and whatever you need, just let me know. It's a journey life and, and if, and it's going to change. So we got about, I would say 10 years as this evolution is happening, you know, so we'll be able to ride it. So if you ride the wave, you know, like a surfer can, right. Just ride this wave and find the good in it. Right. And just keep moving around. I think we all need to do that for each other and remind each other. [00:59:07] Speaker A: Yeah, that's it. We need to remind each other all because, because we'll need it, they'll need it, you know, but sometimes we've got it, need it. So and so that's interesting. You have you see a 10 year timeline? [00:59:17] Speaker B: I do. As the shift is happening. Yeah. I mean, yeah. [00:59:23] Speaker A: What do you see after the. [00:59:25] Speaker B: I, I don't know, but I know we're in it and we're in it. Everything that was ever predicted, you know, I mean I went with druma kids like, I mean, you know, I'm an old girl. I've been doing ceremonies all around the world for years and all. And with the, the Guatemalans and all that, it did just so much. And so now I don't, I just look at it and go, okay, we have done so much and people are still doing ceremonies. There's a lot of groups in Costa Rica, all over the world just doing great. Europe, people are doing amazing things in Europe. A lot of great work, music coming out of Europe that we don't really are in contact with necessarily. But there's great stuff happening and that's where we have to focus our attention. We don't know what's going to happen. It's, it's. We don't know. But I know we have a choice where we put our attention. [01:00:17] Speaker A: And these ceremonies that are going on around the world, I, I've been aware of some of them. You do believe that they're making a beneficial impact, that the, those who are executing them are of such a vibration [01:00:29] Speaker B: that some, not everybody, I mean you're going to have your good and your bad again, right? There's this two, two sides, right? You kind. It's like a Venn diagram. You got your circle of good, your circle of bad, then you come to the center. There's always on this 3D dimension, there's always going to be both things. Right. But where are you putting your attention? Right. And what is, what is your heart intention? So even if people are not necessarily of the highest integrity, maybe they have Audiences, you know, we can't know. We can't judge. You can't have unconditional love and judgment together. Don't go just. Why? There's no hell. If God's an all loving God, there can't be judgment. There is no judgment. Right. That's an Earth construct to keep us down. So, you know, I think within, within everything, there's that. That the two sided, that 3D perspective, and I really don't know. I know that it's going to shift. I don't know what it's going to shift to, but I do believe it's going to. And it is shifting again. Jump into the timeline you want to be in. Where is your focus? What are you. What, you know, what creative endeavors are you in? Where. What community are you in? What creation are you doing? Be mindful of where you are and keep your attention there. Don't get pulled into all the other nonsense because then you pull into their timeline. You don't want to do that. Right. You know, Dolores Cannon said a lot of things about us, you know, going into this next New Earth and the separation. I mean, I don't know what that looks like necessarily, but I do know that there's some truth in there for us to move into. So keep your attention on joy, happiness, love, and, you know, when life is kicking your ass, just go, okay, it is. This is the moment, this L2 shall pass. And how do I make it work for myself? What allies do I have? What medicine do I have? How do I move forward? Do I cry? Do I, you know, cry first, then get joyful? However you need to, like, express it out, but dream. What are we dreaming as a collective for this new Earth? Maybe our dream hasn't manifested yet. Yeah. [01:02:43] Speaker A: I definitely do feel and see a blossoming of consciousness, so I feel very optimistic. [01:02:48] Speaker B: Yeah, me too. And excited. So let's get excited about what the possibilities are for ourselves in the world. Like, you know, our. [01:02:58] Speaker A: What is. [01:02:58] Speaker B: What. What's her name? She says the vortex, the Abrahams. They talk about the vortex, being in the vortex. [01:03:03] Speaker A: Right. [01:03:03] Speaker B: So how are you stepping into your vortex? Because you get pulled out. But we get pulled out. Right. By everything else. How do we stay in our own manifestation in our own creation and our ability to pull to us to be, you know, the. The diffuser. Right, right. We'll be the diffusers. Like, wow. Imagine a. An army of women who diffuse. Well, not to die. [01:03:34] Speaker A: Yeah. Who have that much consciousness, that much strength, that much connected connectivity that they can just stand in that beautiful love and. Yeah, yeah. [01:03:45] Speaker B: And diffuse everything else in the midst of every. All the chaos. That's the mastery, you know, for all masters. And we are like, how do we stay in our mastery? That's always my query. That wasn't very masterful, right? [01:04:01] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. Ourselves and watch it and when it's happening in real time and. Yeah, yeah, Cynthia, that's wonderful. Well, I think there we're gonna have so many questions floating through, and we might need to have a part two of this. [01:04:15] Speaker B: Love it. [01:04:16] Speaker A: Yeah. This has been such a blessing and just so beautiful on. On every level. Thank you for your time. And you've been. Definitely re. Inspired me around the oils. I think I need a little bit of a. Of a reminder, too, so. [01:04:30] Speaker B: Great. Okay. You're very welcome. You guys. Be well. Much love to you. Be blessed. Know that you are blessed and you are a blessing, and there's nothing that can stop that ever. So big kisses, you guys. Bye for now. Okay. Bye, honey.
